Emmalee played club hockey at Stonehill College from 2018 to 2022 and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Athlete Performance and Development from Boston College in 2023. She was part of the Boston Bruins' DEI Scouting Program during the 2022–23 season, continuing to evaluate players at a high level. From 2022 to 2024, she served as the New England Regional Scout for Pilot Mound Hockey Academy and was the Head Coach of the Marblehead Hollyhocks U14 team during the 2023–24 season. Beginning in 2024, Emmalee took on the role of Girls Program Director for the Boston Americans, where she also coaches the U12 Tier 1 and U14 Tier 1 teams. With over 15 years of combined playing and coaching experience, Emmalee brings a dynamic, player-centered approach that supports development from youth through college and junior levels.
Meghan Walsh, a Woburn, MA native, is a former standout goaltender who played three years of Varsity Hockey at Arlington Catholic before continuing her career at Worcester State. She has spent the past two years as an assistant coach and goalie development coach at Arlington Catholic, bringing her experience and passion for the game to the next generation of players. Meghan has continued her coaching career with the Boston Americans this season, serving as the Head Coach of the U12 Tier 2 and U14 Tier 1 Assistant Coach.
Brian Marshall is an Assistant Coach for the Boston Americans U12 Tier 1 team and has been part of the Americans coaching staff for the past two seasons. Currently Peabody resident, Brian grew up playing both hockey and baseball before ultimately choosing to pursue baseball at Southern Maine University. He also serves as the President of Peabody Youth Hockey, where he is actively involved in growing the game and supporting player development at all levels. In the off-season, Brian coaches skills sessions with 23 Hockey, focusing on fundamental development, hockey IQ, and building confident, well-rounded players.
Katie Santarelli, a Connecticut native, has been immersed in hockey since she was four years old. She began her journey with the Connecticut Polar Bears and was named Rockville High School Boys Varsity Rookie of the Year during her freshman year of high school before moving on to play at the prestigious Choate Rosemary Hall. There, she captained the 2007 New England Championship team, showcasing her leadership and skill on the ice. Katie went on to play Division 1 ice hockey at Boston University, graduating in 2011. After a brief hiatus to focus on family and career, she reignited her passion for the game by coaching Mites and co-ed hockey in Lynnfield and Saugus starting in 2021. Katie currently coaches with the Boston Americans Girls program.
