 Mass Velocity Hockey was created to give competitive players a platform to showcase their skills, gain elite-level experience, and accelerate their development through top-tier events and tournaments across the country. We believe the best growth comes from competing against the best — in high-tempo, high-exposure environments that challenge players to elevate every aspect of their game. Through selective tournament teams, showcases, and special event weekends, Mass Velocity athletes compete in premier events that draw college and prep school staff from across North America. 

Beyond the tournaments, our events emphasize connection and experience. We focus on giving each player an inside look at what it means to perform, prepare, and lead at the next level including skill development opportunities and advising. At Mass Velocity Hockey, our goal is to help driven players earn the recognition they deserve — while competing with intensity, building confidence, and representing Massachusetts hockey with pride.

Emmalee is the founder of 23 Hockey, a skills group that is committed to helping every hockey player develop to their full potential.  During the 2022-23 season, Emmalee was a member of the Boston Bruins DEI Scouting Program, continuing to grow and evaluate players at a high level. Emmalee played club hockey at Stonehill College from 2018 to 2022 and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Athlete Performance and Development from Boston College in 2023. Beginning in 2024, Emmalee took on the role of Girls Program Director for the Boston Americans, where she also coaches the U12 Tier 1 and U14 Tier 1 teams. Her 15+ years of experience coaching and playing the sport provides players with a knowledgeable and dynamic approach to the game.
